MISO Making Workshop in 2025

[ Face to face workshop in 2025 at Miami Gold Coast ]

Gather group of friends 2 to 4 people and once we have enough people,

we will hold the workshop on a date of your choice for a Thursday or Saturday.

The workshop includes:

• Making 1.8kg normal soy miso (ready in 6 months) & 500g sweet chickpea miso (ready in 1 month)
• Learn about koji and miso
• Tasting 6+ different types of miso
• Miso soup making demonstration and tasting
• Learn about miso soup stocks (bonito, seaweed, shiitake mushroom)
• Recipe
  
• Including jars and all materials as well as Japanese snacks
